2. Orders and contract

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation email (not just the order confirmation).
  • We may decline or cancel an order, for example due to stock issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud or an inability to deliver. If we cancel after taking payment, we'll refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in GBP (£). Delivery costs and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Payment is taken at checkout by the methods shown there.
  • We do our best to price accurately. If we spot an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you.

4. Delivery

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you.

5. Returns and refunds

Your cancellation and return rights are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.

6. Product information

We try to display products and colours accurately, but screens vary. Product descriptions and images are for guidance and may differ slightly from the item you receive.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, images, logos, designs) belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot legally be limited, and nothing affects your statutory consumer rights. Otherwise, we are only liable for foreseeable losses arising from our breach of these terms, and we are not liable for business losses.
